
There's a warm up and then 4 exercises, each of which we do 4 times for 30 seconds, with a 20 second rest between.
Each of the exercises are combination exercises, using multiple movements combined together, which targets a range of muscle groups, and the exercises use only your bodyweight, so you don't need any equipment.
