This workout is an excellent way of training your abs and arm muscles, and your back as well. It focuses on building up those muscles, which is the way that you get them to burn a lot of energy and so release more fat. In general, having more muscles is great for protecting your body against pain and injury, for moving more easily, and also for managing your weight, since muscle uses more energy all of the time.
